My mom's work does a great picnic every September. This is our second year attending. They do a nice lunch and all you can eat icecream. Todd likes the all you can drink pop. We avoid the alcohol booth personally, but that is all you can drink too.
Mom goes for the prizes, although she didn't win this year or last. But the girls like the blow up bounce things. Kylee doesn't even get knocked down by bigger kids in the bounce house. Karla kept wanting to go through the obstacle course, so finally I said okay. "Garth go with Karla, and I will help Kylee through." So we go (racing each other). Garth gets stuck in the very first obstical. And Karla didn't wait for him. Both girls got out just fine, and it was Garth calling for help. The girls went through a second time by themselves. They sure are growing up.
With the school year starting, it's made me realize: Karla is 3 and has 2 years till school. Kylee is 2 and has 3 years till school. But Karla starts sunbeams this Jan and Kylee with start Sunbeams next Jan. My babies aren't babies and they are growing up. But unlike with puppies, I still think they are cute. And I love them dearly!!

That is soo true, I'm so glad I chose children over puppies!
Sounds like a lot of fun!! Kids grow up way too fast it seems like.
