So we are moved into our Kennewick Apartment (I have one more box to unpack). We enjoy being only 10 minutes from work and 10 minutes from my moms. We enjoy having the space. It's nice that Kaylyn has her own room--and Kaylyn's room is bigger than the one all three shared in the last place. Todd loves that the living room isn't the toy room. We enjoy the ward although with my work schedule, we haven't gotten to know anyone really well yet. The girls have made friends with two little boys who live three doors down. It's nice to have friends so close.
We miss our yard. We miss having our neighbors just a little farther away. The girls miss our old home and are already asking when we will get a HOUSE. We also have worse cell phone reception here than we did in the last house. We are working on getting a booster. We were told this house was a bus place, but the school changed that--and I'm going to miss being able to just put the kids on the bus, but this way, I get to know their teachers better. Kylee gets full day Kindergarten--I'm not sure how I feel about this. But she is ready. I remember two years ago, I felt strongly that I should put the kids in preschool (even though at that time I was against preschool. Don't our kids have to grow up fast enough as it is? They will be fine just starting Kindergarten.) Because I followed that prompting anyway, Kylee is ready and will do great! Thank you Lord for giving us what we needed more than giving us what we wanted. The Lord has been very good to us.
