BLAST OFF

Karla's current favorite show is Little Einsteins, although she calls it rocket. We have gone through stages this summer. Dora and Deigo was her favorite at first. Then it was Super Why! And now it is Rocket or Little Einsteins. She will stop her bike and pat her legs and get faster and then say "Blast Off" or "Super Fast." And then ride as fast as she can. The other day, we were sitting at a red light. Karla knows what a red light is because she is the youngest back seat driver I know. She would say "Go mommy, Go." So we taught her that red light means stop so we don't hit the car in front of us. She also knows that green light means go. Well, we were sitting at a red light. She started patting her legs. "Mommy pat with me. Pat, pat, pat." And when the light changed to green she said, "Blast off!" and put her hands over her head. Now she just needs to go "pat, pat, pat, super fast" for Mom while I am trying to clean up after her. :)
