late papers

So I went to do papers on Thursday, I was even just a few minutes early. And I cat napped as I waited for the papers, 3 o'clock came and went, I started getting nervous--I have to get going it they would be late. At 4 we found out the presses were down. At 5, I heard it would be atleast another hour--so I went home. One of the other carriers said she'd call when they got there. At 7:15 I finally got my papers. I have a driving route. I deliver the handford area (non badged), down Geo-Washington Way and Geothals, and then I deliver the Condo's behind Winco. I'll tell you, it take a lot longer when there other cars at the stop signs, the lights don't just turn green when you pull up, you have to wait to turn left for the cars to pass, and I admit, I didn't realize how many in's I go out and outs I go in. It was a crazy day. On top of that, we had speech, Karla's library day, and a play date planned. I also picked Garth up and Eva and Ella at 3:00. It was an exciting day! I like delivering early in the morning so much better. And it will be nice, when I don't have to deliver at all. But I am very grateful that I have something that brings in what it does--all while my kiddos are sleeping.
PS Karla was excited about getting her very first library card. They got a free book. And she checked out her first book on her first card. It was an exciting day! And Kylee is doing so well in speech! She is getting her S's at the start of words down and we are working on saying Karla, Kylee, and Kaylyn instead of arla, hylee, and haylyn. Way to go girls!!
