One day, to get the kids out of the house and doing something besides watching avatar--we went sledding at Rigby Lake. Kylee stayed home with Grandma K because we knew she wouldn't enjoy it for more than 2 minutes. Karla was begging to stay longer. Kaylyn would have stayed home too--but Grandma K could not take care of her with her broken arm. Todd ended up sitting with her in the car after the first 10 minutes even though she was very bundled. She has enjoyed sledding in the past though--so we tried it. We had a lot of fun sledding though.
Playing candy land with Grandma K. We played a lot of fun playing games. One night after the kids were in bed, the adults played Taboo. I remember "People often think Trent is ...." The answer that was quickly given was "heartless." Trent is not heartless! But we all got a good laugh at it anyway. It took some thinking but the actual word was unemployed because Trent runs several investments and businesses from home. With his open schedule, those who don't know him--see he is living with his mother, and think he is unemployed. They don't know the whole story. We had several other laughs about what was located in the drawer by Janice's bed and how several had to sit on their hands or be disqualified!! Mom even motioned with her cast!! We also played atleast one game of Bonanza a day. Spencer usually would win. It was fun to play.
